My Community Dental Centers (MCDC) may collect your personal data when you register for or use our services, such as making an online payment. Refund Policy
Upon request, My Community Dental Centers will process a refund for prepayment of services within 30 days of the request. My Community Dental Centers does not process refunds for services already provided. If you have a question regarding your account or a payment you have made, please contact our Billing Department at (231) 437-1272. My Community Dental Centers reserves the right to revise this policy at its discretion. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the My Community Dental Centers website.
