Even with insurance, expensive services can leave you stuck with big out-of-pocket spending. Fortunately, we are here to share two things: one, you aren’t alone! Two, you have more options than you realize.
At My Community Dental Centers, we believe you shouldn’t be denied quality dental care because you don’t have insurance. Reduced fees are available to individuals and families who meet certain income requirements.

2024 MyDental Plan Income Guidelines
The sliding fee scale is available to all patients, regardless of health insurance status. If you are uninsured or underinsured, we can work with you to see if you qualify for sliding fee scale discounts. If you qualify, your fees will based on your household income and family size. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
The sliding fee scale applies unless the third-party insurance contract prohibits the application of the Sliding Fee Discount Program. We will need financial information to determine your eligibility.

To make a determination on your sliding fee eligibility, the following Income Verification Form must be submitted to My Community Dental Centers.
