Compensation
As recent dental graduates, we want to congratulate Dental Hygienists and celebrate their education with a well-deserved sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.

Mentorship
MCDC offers opportunities for one-on-one mentorship with our experienced dental team members to help you accelerate your transition from a student to a registered dental hygienist. These clinicians will teach you the essentials of quality care and how to become a trusted dental professional.

We value continued education and networking opportunities which is why we offer reimbursement toward dental CE and/or professional membership dues in any recognized dental organization.
