Compensation
MCDC offers full-time dental hygienists the choice between two compensation plans during their first year of work.
Professional Development
We offer reimbursement toward dental CE and/or professional membership dues in any recognized dental organization.
Technology
We provide our staff with modern technology including electronic patient records, digital radiography, and state-of-the-art dental equipment including intra-oral and panoramic digital radiography.
