Our front desk team members set a welcoming tone for the patient’s entire visit as soon as they enter the dental center. Ensuring a smooth transition from the reception area into clinical care – serving as a critical part of the dental team.
Finance & Billing
Most refer to it as a call center, but for us, it’s so much more. As a member of this team, it’s all about giving the best first impression to new patients and building a relationship to support their needs – all while assisting in the set-up of their registration for the BEST patient experience.
