These numbers capture our full reach and service footprint during that period, illustrating the vital role we played in expanding access to care across Michigan. While changes have occurred, our commitment to serving communities remains steadfast, and this report highlights the breadth of our impact before these transitions.
Access to Care
As a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to dental care for the underserved, our 28 dental centers are operated in partnership with local health departments.

Emergency Dental Care

This need is driven by factors such as limited preventive care, financial challenges, and a lack of oral hygiene education. MCDC plays a crucial role as a safety net, providing essential care, including emergency services, to the communities we serve.
